We use a secured verified payment provider which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. We do not store any of your card details.
We recommend that you please read the Terms and Conditions that detail this in full. In short, you will be liable for the 1.75% transaction fee that we incur. If you are unsure in any way, we ask that you please just reserve the vehicle.
Absolutely! There will likely be a fee, which will depend on the distance travelled by our sales team. We personally deliver vehicles, we don’t deliver them on a car carrier. Please contact us to further discuss this – many interstate customers have travelled to Mildura or Adelaide to minimise any costs incurred but we are happy to work through this with you.
It depends on a number of factors, but we aim for delivery will happen within 1 week for vehicles in stock. We will contact you to discuss this in detail, as every circumstance is different.

Yes, you can use your trade in as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your trade in this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit. Please note, many of our finance providers offer low or no deposit loans.
If your car is valued more than the car you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will happily give you back the difference. This would be paid to you after taking delivery of your new vehicle.
It is a guide only, we will be able to give you a specific and accurate value upon appraising your vehicle in person. There are times where the online tool is accurate, but we often find that it doesn’t correctly account for accessories, low kilometres or high demand vehicles. Please use this as a guide, we are always needing trade in vehicles and if we can’t pay you what your vehicle is worth for any reason, we will use our large network to find a dealer that will.
Yes, if both the vehicles are owned by you, or you have the permission of the owner to use the vehicle as part of your order. Our sales team will be able to help you in this scenario.
